M/s Galaxy Stamping Pvt. Ltd

a leading manufacturer in electrical stampings & laminations having its facilities located at Metoda GIDC -Rajkot , was established in the year 2004 by our founder and Managing Director Mr. Chintan Sitapara.

The company started with manufacturing stampings for motors and gradually went on adding different segments like submersible pumps, fans & transformers.

Initially, the company was producing about 100 MT of stampings a month with manual tools & machines. The first progressive tool and press of 125 MT was introduced in the year 2008 after which the production capacities were increased by addition of machine & man power during each consecutive year.

The company started in house tool manufacturing in the year 2010 and gradually by the continual improvements in the facilities and up gradation of quality, the first progressive tool was made in house in the year 2011.

In the year 2011, in house slitting machine -1250 mm was installed along with D carbon furnace of 6 MT the capacity of which was enhanced to 12 MT in the year 2012. In the year 2012 a vertical Die casting machine with a capacity of 120MT was also installed. The company corporate building also was constructed in the year 2012.

The plant area was expanded from 4000 sq mtrs to 10000 sq mtrs in the year 2013.

In the year 2014 remarkable achievements were made by the company . 2 progressive press with a capacity of 125 Mt and 250 MT from Yadon were purchased. Carbide tool with auto skewing for ceiling fans was made with advanced technology and from one of the top tool manufacturer.

With a total of 7 high speed production lines ranging from 125 MT to 250 MT as on date the company is now a fully fledged manufacturing unit with a production capacity of 13000 MT. annually.
